ABOUT KANA

Kana Roller is an attorney practicing in the area of litigation, and focuses her litigation work in personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance litigation.  These include claims like motor vehicle collisions, bicycle accidents, animal attacks, (civil) sexual assault cases, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, and claims against insurers for failing to properly defend and indemnify their insureds when faced with claims against them.  The entirety of Kana's professional, legal career has been focused on working with victims who have endured at the fault of another, and she is driven to help individuals in these cases to get justice and accountability against the wrongdoers.  She has been a longstanding member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association.

Kana has two sons, Elijah and Brecken.  When she is not involved in children’s activities, she enjoys spending some of her free time serving her community.  She volunteers for a wide range of organizations in her community that need support.
