Mr. Curran has practiced in many areas of law over 45 plus years, including serving as general counsel for many private and public entities in the course of which he has handled many different business transactions and employment issues, and successfully litigating a wide range of disputes. He further has prepared many trusts and wills and prepared retirement plan death beneficiary designations for estate planning clients, and assisted clients in the administration of many trusts and probate estates. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of Real Estate law, Education law, and Healthcare law, and has long been rated an AV lawyer by Martindale Hubbell.
